Terms of Sale & License Agreement

Last updated: August 2026 · These terms govern the purchase and use of CryptoBot Pro licenses

1. Seller

CryptoBot Pro is published and sold by CryptoBot Pro, a French sole proprietorship (micro-entrepreneur), SIREN 998 999 205, 6 rue d’Armaillé, 75017 Paris, France ("the Publisher"). Contact: CryptoBro_Bot_Pro@proton.me.

2. Product

CryptoBot Pro is a desktop application for Windows 10/11, Linux and macOS that automates spot grid trading cycles on the BTC/USDC pair through the customer's own cryptocurrency exchange accounts. The software runs entirely on the customer's machine. The Publisher never holds customer funds, never accesses customer exchange accounts, and provides no custodial or brokerage service of any kind.

3. License scope

PlanPriceMachines covered
1 month$5.99 / month1 machine
6 months$29.99 one-time1 machine
12 months$49.99 one-time2 machines

The license is personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable. It grants the right to install and run CryptoBot Pro on the number of machines stated above, for the duration of the plan. It does not grant any right to the source code, nor any right to redistribute, resell, rent, decompile, or reverse-engineer the software except as permitted by mandatory law.

4. Free trial, ordering and payment

The software can be downloaded and evaluated without an account. Every plan starts with a 90-day free trial: payment details are collected when you start the trial, no charge is made during the trial period, and the first payment is taken on day 91. Cancelling at any point before then costs nothing.

Licenses are purchased inside the application, through a secure checkout operated by Stripe, Inc. The purchase flow is: Download → Install → Activate. Prices are displayed in the application at the time of purchase; applicable taxes (e.g. VAT) may be added depending on the customer's country. The Publisher does not store card details; payment data is processed exclusively by Stripe.

5. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

The license is digital content supplied without a physical medium. In accordance with Article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code (and Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU), by activating a paid license the customer expressly consents to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledges that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal. Consent is collected at checkout before payment. Until activation, EU consumers retain their statutory 14-day right of withdrawal; given the 90-day free trial, customers are strongly encouraged to evaluate the software fully before purchasing.

6. Not financial advice: risk disclosure

CryptoBot Pro is a software tool, not an investment service. Nothing in the application, on the website, or in the documentation constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. The Publisher is not an investment services provider (prestataire de services d'investissement) and does not provide portfolio management.

Trading cryptocurrencies involves substantial risk of loss. Prices are highly volatile; you may lose part or all of the capital allocated to trading. Performance figures shown on the website are real, fee-adjusted historical results from the maintainer's own installation; past performance is not indicative of future results and no profit of any kind is guaranteed. You alone decide the configuration, the capital engaged, and the exchanges used. Only trade with funds you can afford to lose.

7. No guarantee of results: availability

The software is provided "as is". The Publisher does not warrant that the software will generate profits, be error-free, or operate without interruption. Operation depends on third-party services outside the Publisher's control (exchange APIs, network availability, regulatory changes affecting exchanges). The Publisher may discontinue support for an exchange whose API or regulatory status changes.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Publisher shall not be liable for any trading losses, loss of profits, loss of data, or indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the software, including losses caused by software defects, exchange outages, API changes, or configuration choices. Where liability cannot be excluded, the Publisher's total aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the license during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under French law, including for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or the statutory warranty of conformity owed to consumers (Articles L224-25-12 et seq. of the French Consumer Code).

9. Refunds

Beyond the 90-day free trial and the statutory rights described in sections 5 and 8, license fees are non-refundable once the license has been activated.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. Consumers residing in the European Union also benefit from the mandatory protections of their country of residence. Before any court action, the parties will seek an amicable resolution: contact CryptoBro_Bot_Pro@proton.me. French consumers are entitled to free consumer mediation (médiation de la consommation); the Publisher is completing its registration with a mediation scheme, whose details will be published here once designated.
